Rev. Hinckley grew up in Connecticut and has been a member of the United Church of Christ all his life. He received his call to ordained ministry at the Silver Lake Conference Center in Sharon, CT and graduated from Andover Newton Theological School in 1998. After serving a church in Pennsylvania for six years, he was called as the pastor of the Trinitarian Congregational Church in May 2005.

He enjoys the many aspects of ministry including preaching, worship planning, and pastoral care. He feels blessed to be part of this faith community which is made up of many caring, loving, and gifted people. God’s grace continues to amaze him as God uses us as we are with are joy, sorrow and imperfections to be a source of hope and healing in this wondrous creation.

He enjoys spending time with his two daughters, and is a life-long fan of the Boston Red Sox.
